How can I access my website so I can make changes?
- You can access the website with your provided username and password at Client Login section on our website.

Can I add text, images, links to my pages?
-Yes our page editor when you log into your admin panel from the Client Login allows you to edit your pages and customize your website as your needs.

Can I buy your website and host it with another company?
- Yes you can. The price for every website that is provided in styles section is $2000 (with any website purchased you have included administration panel where you can edit your website as you were using our system). BUT with buying the website you don’t get full ownership of the website code and style, WE are still going to offer the website in our system.

How are reliable is your services?
- Our services are very reliable and safe. We have 24 hour monitoring team that goes over the websites and tracks any errors. If found it is fixed immediately and you will be notified about the update.

Do I get my own domain name?
- If you do not have a domain name and need to search for a domain name and buy one you can buy from  AMA Developments for only $9.99 a year.

Do I get personal email address by domain?
- Yes, we provide you with an email address that has your domain.

I already bought a domain. Can I connect it to my website?
- If you already have a domain name you can use that domain all you will need to do is point your domain name server to ns1.bluehost.com , ns2.bluehost.com

How many emails can I have?
- You are provided with one free e-mail address any additional e-mail address will be $5 a year.

How can I access my email?
- Your email can be accessed by normal web interface with simple typing of MAIL@YOURDOMAIN.COM

Are there any obligations with using 15-day free trial?
- NO. 15-day trial is a FREE service where you can test and look in our services in a time period of 15 days.

What happens when I decide to subscribe for the monthly subscription during the 15-day trial process subscription?
- Your username and password will continue to work and you can continue with logging into your administration system in the Client Login Section of our website. We will than link your domain name and create your free e-mail address for you

What happens when the 15-day trial period is over?
- After the ending of 15-day time period you can either order the website that you customized in the trial or your account will be deactivated.

Do I have any limitations when using 15-day trial?
- NO. In the 15 day trial period you will be able to use our system as any other client that has paid their monthly subscription website.

Does the monthly subscription require a contract?
- NO, the monthly subscription does not have a contract you pay only for the month that you will be using.

Can I cancel Anytime?
- YES, once you cancel, your subscription will stay active until last day you have pre-paid. You will not receive any prorated portion refund. After that date your account will than become de-activated.

Is there an extra cost if I want to customize my website that currently is not provided by the set templates?
- YES, the cost will vary depending on what you want customized it will always be quoted to you before any work is done.

Are there any hidden charges if I add more pages on my templates or hosting space.
- NO, AMA Webbuilder is dedicated to not only providing quality professional website templates but to never have hidden or surprise cost. We will always quote you exact monthly subscription and never unexpectedly change price on you.

Will there be a charge if I need to have assistance with setting up my template?
- NO, our dedicated staff will be happy to walk you through setting up your website and soon you will be an experienced user.
